Domestic violence is a blight on our modern society. Thousands of South Australian women experience domestic violence every year, many fleeing home with their children, turning to friends and services for help and often ending up homeless. Shelter SA brought together 50 South Australians to look at what works to prevent DV. Everyone agreed that we need more men working with victims and perpetrators and as role models to educate other men and stand up against violence. For so long, women have been fighting the fight for women. Its time for more men to step up and speak out! Read the Media Release here: "We need more men! Let's stop DV in SA"
